Our Deposition Division offers the service of handling your most complex subpoena needs with speed and accuracy. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who know how to effectively deal with custodians to make sure that your records are received within your time requirements. We can act as Deposition Officer for subpoenas prepared by your office, or prepare the subpoenas, send Notice to Consumer, and serve the Subpoenas on Custodians.

New digital copiers allow us to receive your documents directly over the Internet and each reproduction is the same quality as the original.

We are proud to offer full-service handling of Writs of Attachment or Execution, and Earnings Withholding Orders! We will open the Sheriff file, serve all process, and make sure your proof of service is filed with the designated Sheriff on time to comply with CCP. We will prepare all documents if needed!
