All filings will be submitted by close of court on the day received or the following day depending upon the time received and the location of the court to be filed.
All conformed copies will be emailed to you before noon the following business day.
We shall make all reasonable effort for prompt delivery but assume no responsibility for loss arising from late delivery. DDS's liability for any direct economic damage incurred as a result of any breach, failure, act or omission of DDS and employees shall not exceed $250.00 per invoice.
